1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you," "user") and Vertix Labs LLC ("Vertix Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our mobile applications, software utilities, websites, and associated digital services (including QuoteFast).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any software published by Vertix Labs LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Software License & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, all applications, source code, databases, functionality, software architecture, UI/UX designs, trademarks, logos, and digital assets published by Vertix Labs LLC are the exclusive intellectual property of Vertix Labs LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Vertix Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute our applications for your internal business or personal productivity purposes.

3. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership

When using commercial tools like QuoteFast to generate estimates, quotes, tax calculations, or customer invoices:

• You maintain sole ownership of all customer data, pricing information, and business records you enter into the application.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and tax compliance of any estimates, tax computations, or invoices delivered to your commercial clients.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the underlying source code of our software binaries.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our software and services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vertix Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Vertix Labs LLC, its members, managers, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the application.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and your use of our software are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.

7. Modifications & Inquiries
