This Privacy Policy governs all mobile applications, software tools, and digital platforms published by Vertix Labs LLC (including but not limited to QuoteFast).

We build software under the foundational principle of Privacy by Default. We do not monetize personal data, we do not sell customer lists to third-party data brokers, and we design our applications with local-first data storage whenever technically feasible.

2. Information We Process

Depending on how you interact with our applications and services, the data processed falls into the following categories:

• User-Entered Business Data: Information you input into our productivity applications (such as client names, contact details, quote line items, unit prices, invoices, and business branding). In our offline-first applications (such as QuoteFast), this information is stored locally on your device within encrypted local databases.
• Device & Telemetry Information: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic information necessary for application stability, such as operating system version, device model, crash logs, and localized error reports.
• Customer Support Inquiries: If you contact our support desk via email (support@vertixlabs.dev), we retain your communication history solely to resolve your technical query.

3. Data Storage & Local Persistence

For offline-first applications like QuoteFast, your estimates, client directories, and catalog records reside on your local physical device file system. You retain complete ownership and control over this data. Deleting the application or clearing application caches will remove locally persisted application records unless backed up through your operating system cloud service (e.g., Apple iCloud Backup or Google Drive Backup).

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner only with vetted, enterprise-grade technology providers strictly necessary to deliver platform services:

• Platform Distribution: Apple Inc. (App Store) and Google LLC (Google Play Store) for binary distribution and platform transactions.
